A woman alone has power.
Together, we have impact.

We went from a moment to a movement. The Girls’ Lounge is a destination at conferences, companies and college campuses where women connect, collaborate and activate change together. The Girls’ Lounge has become the largest community of corporate women and female entrepreneurs transforming workplace culture.

Custom Experiences

We create authentic experiences at industry conferences where women connect and activate change together.

We offer customized activations for your female employees to create authentic relationships, build confidence and spark conversations about workplace transformation.

We host pop-up experiences on college campuses to recruit female students, helping to get more women into the leadership pipeline.

Giving Back With Generosity

International Women’s Day on the White House Lawn

To celebrate International Day of the Girl, we joined Michelle Obama and commissioned street artist Mr. Brainwash to paint “Life is Beautiful” murals in Union Market. Afterwards, our Girls’ Lounge bus filled with Girl Up girls drove to the White House Lawn for a tour.Barneys New York Window Takeover

Barneys New York Window Takeover

We partnered with Barneys New York to create a digital installation featuring #GirlPossible tweets in real-time from women around the world.

Arianna Huffington, Sophia Bush, and Jane Lynch threw their support behind our campaign to get a woman on the front of a $10 bill by 2020.
