Career advice on demand: Welcome to The Female Quotient’s new advice portal.

We believe that mentorship doesn’t have to be formal. If you want to know something from a woman you admire, just ask her! That’s a big part of what the Girls’ Lounge is all about: It’s a safe place where women can go to have unplugged conversations about the workplace and experience mentorship in the moment.
Over the years, we’ve been collecting smart advice from the 17,000 female leaders in our community to help you define success for yourself, make your voice heard or find the courage to take more risks. Now, we’re taking these career tips from the real world to the virtual world with our new Advice portal.
Covering everything from work-life balance (what we call work-life integration) to personal branding to how to rise up into leadership positions, this online career advice portal will give you the tools and inspiration you need to break that glass ceiling.
Featuring short videos of bite-sized advice to how-to articles to inspirational podcasts, you’ll be able to take this mentorship with you anywhere you go and digest it in the way that best works for you.
We’re all about transforming workplace culture at The Female Quotient, and it starts with each of us. Tap into the advice of the female change agents who are challenging the status quo, making stuff happen, and rising up.
So kick back and check out the below topic areas for motivation and inspiration on how to blaze your path and own your destiny. If you have feedback or want us to cover a certain issue, please send us your thoughts to us @wearetfq. We’d love to hear from you!
