Family Challenges During COVID: Balancing Work and Eldercare Amid Coronavirus

DATE & TIME
Wednesday, September 16 | 10am – 10:45am EDT

There has been much attention paid to the challenges of parenting while balancing professional responsibilities with home-tutoring children from home. But, what about the millions of people who are juggling work and elder care in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak? To provide care for loved ones during this time, families have been required to shift their normal schedules — and this responsibility still falls most heavily on women. Join us for a discussion on how we can lighten the load for women who are working overtime as caregivers for aging parents and relatives.
