Rewriting the Rules

The Female Quotient’s publication, Modern Guide to Equality, provides forward-thinking companies with an actionable toolkit to accelerate change in the workplace, and includes insights on how the youngest generation is shifting leadership values and workplace culture.

Together with our partners, Atlantic Media Strategies and Catalyst, we are addressing the problem holistically, combining research, workplace trends and interviews with industry leaders to develop next-step solutions for change.

We are bringing this toolkit to life through culture bootcamps that help companies go beyond admiring the problem to walking the talk.
